We've Been Published!

Once upon a time, I received an email from a lovely lady called Stephanie. She told me that she wanted to propose one of my recipes to a French foodie magazine called '750g Le Mag' for their upcoming feature on red berry recipes.

I very gratefully (and quite dazedly) sent her the images and we parted ways, planning to speak again in a few months time. Stephanie had explained to me that it was only a submission and she couldn't guarantee it being chosen.


As I'm sure you've guessed by now, it did get chosen and a few weeks after the publication date I received a shiny copy on my doorstep. I've never flicked through a magazine so fast in my life...


And as promised, there it was. My name in print! I've had photos published before but this is the first time I've had a full recipe in magazine print.

So to celebrate, I had a little photoshoot for the occasion, so that I could have some pictures to show you lovely people too.


I can't say just how utterly grateful (and still slightly bewildered) I am to Stephanie for giving me this opportunity. Please do head on over to her foodie community website, Gourmandize and have a browse. And if you're a food blogger, why not share some of your recipes there? I did and that's why I'm sitting here writing this post!
