Hello and happy Sunday!
Hope you all had a marvellous Valentine's Day. Being a weeknight, ours consisted of cooking a nice meal (me), exchanging little somethings with a card or two, and falling asleep on the sofa at 8.30pm (P)!
I cooked a very scrummy (if I do say so) dinner of chicken breasts wrapped in parma ham and mozzarella, cooked in passata with oregano and black olives. We had it with fluffy mashed potato and tenderstem broccoli - that's all I need for Valentine's; a heart warming meal enjoyed with my darling.
Anyway, spring is definitely on it's way and is making me feel all fuzzy inside. We've been from beautiful snow scenes to bunches of bright yellow daffs this month - I really cannot wait to be in the full swing of spring!

We've been warming our paws on the radiators...
...and baking ALL the muffins in one day. (Carrot cake, banana nut, apricot & cinnamon and chocolate & banana)...
...having lovely Saturday strolls around Cambridge together...
...and eating even more muffins...
...but mostly just enjoying lots of sunny blooms brightening up the place!
Have a fabulous week everyone - can you believe we're nearly in March!?
