Petunia 'Black Beauty' in Hanging Basket with Lobelia

Now, it's been a while since I've added to my garden diary, and sorry to say I bring you a set of unedited images straight from the camera - not what I normally do! I don't tend to make many changes but like to have the option if something needs a brighten or a crop. But in the absence of my Macbook Pro, it's a bit of a miracle if I manage to get a post live let alone edit a set of images! Hoping to bite the bullet soon(ish) and buy one but for now, I couldn't waste these snaps of the garden in all it's July glory.

The Night Sky Petunias were a new variety over the past year or so, and this is my first time growing them. I have to say, I am absolutely, in LOVE. They are so stunning, and no flower is the same as the next. They truly are the showstopper in my garden this year and I think they'll be a permanent staple in future years!
